Hanni- Soggy Boots

Hanni is one of the most adored characters I have created- A little plump Punjabi kid who wants to be the best.  Hanni's stories are an expression of honest thought process  in children.

The following is one of my first and best works on Hanni. It is currently being adappted and expanded into a graphic novel  through a collaboration between me and Illustrator and Animator  Rakesh Nanda.

JONNY WALKER
An animated short-film

This is an animated short film I made in collaboration with Illustrator|Animator Rakesh Nanda, while I was in my final year in Secondary School.

We sought to blend 2D and 3D art in the same short film.

I was responsible for all the 2D work e.g  2D graphics, scenes and animation and also the co-writing of the script.

Golden Girl

This piece was my final submission to the eight-month long MOOC "Start Writing Fiction" on "www.futurelearn.com". In the course, we learnt techiques, methods and practices that go into fiction writing such as character development, plot, structure etc.

"Golden Girl" was reviewed by fellow readers and writers on the course from across the globe and recieved many good appraisals from them.

Ada

While  the other birds around are basking in the joys of life and the vibrance of the place, she sits alone, drowned in perpetual depression.

She wants to be a mother. But chances are, she might never be one.

Will nature be ever so kind to her? Will she eventually find hapiness?

Hanni-Whiskers and Crystal Eyes

All day long, Hanni and his friends have been running about the field "hunting down monsters" i.e. capturing toads, worms, dragon-flies and mudskippers in glass jars.

But soon, this little hunter will be met with his match. A creature that defies his authority.

How will the hunter's quest to subdue his new insolent rival end?
