Transcendence is a mind controlled game played with a Brain Computer Interfacing device.
The game aims to induce a simultaneous state of concentration and relaxation in players. The Gameplay challenges the player's focus and attention levels while the environment aims to relax the player.
The player plays as her consciousness. The goal is to push one's consciousness from its closed and limited state to a unite with the infinite source.

A mind controlled game on PC

To play the game on a PC, the player puts on a Brain Computer Interface device (Neurosky Mindwave). This device reads the player's brainwave and translates it into events within the game.

The Game Starts with a ball in a dark, closed environment. This ball represents one's consciousness in its present state- closed and limited. The objective of the game is to liberate this ball by lifting it to higher levels or planes of existence.

As the player gathers his focus on the ball, he gives it force to rise to higher planes. The higher one rises, the more focus one needs to settle on the ball to take it further.

The game ends when one's consciousness reaches the highest plane and unites with the source.
